About Us
DUCPC is for all students at Durham University. We have weekly training sessions at our home ground, Thimbleby, in North Yorkshire and we compete at numerous university competitions across the country from St Andrews to Oxford.
We have had major success over the years, most notably from our Mixed A team who are 6x winners of their category, winning the last 3 consecutive competitions. Our individual members also excel in the sport: James Peatfield brought home Silver from BUCS 2023 and Sophie Herrmann claimed the top spot on the podium at the latest St Andrews competition 2024, whilst also competing for Great Britain in OSK discipline.​

We welcome members of all abilities - whether you're a seasoned shot or have never held a gun before. ClayMate sessions and lessons with experienced staff are also available.
